A Steadfast Commitment to Student Success

client: Davidson-Davie Community College

Community colleges seem more relevant than ever in today’s economy. With college tuition higher than ever and a competitive job market, the opportunity to tell the Davidson-Davie story to an audience of prospective students, parents, employers, and community members has never been greater.

In January 2021, Davidson County Community College (DCCC) officially became Davidson-Davie Community College to better reflect what had always been true—that the college stands and serves proudly as an institution representing Davidson and Davie counties. M Creative was responsible for the visual identity refresh as well as many of the communication deliverables associated with the rebranding.

We are proud of an ongoing partnership with Davidson-Davie Community College since 2016.

primary communications objective

"The Future is Here."

Our work with Davidson-Davie to date has uncovered an unwavering commitment to student success and the knowledge that the college welcomes all students to discover the advantages of preparing for a 21st century career with a two-year degree, certification, or jumpstarting a four-year degree at their Davidson or Davie County campus.

The Future is Here tagline is a rallying cry to students to realize the opportunity they have within themselves, on the Davidson-Davie campuses, and in their own communities for a successful future.

The real strength of Davidson-Davie
is our clear-eyed focus on your future.
You’ll see it all over campus.
The excellence of our educators.
The caring support from our staff.
Our commitment to innovative technologies and teaching styles.
Because your needs and goals are our only priority.

Yes, we know you might have more questions than answers about your future.
That’s why we offer so many different directions to go,
depending on your interest.
It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out.
Just bring your passion and your life experience
and the determination to give your best.

Be bold with this day.
Start something that’ll go somewhere good.

What’s Your Path to the Future?

The Your Path to the Future campaign was launched in late 2021 in both traditional and digital media environments. The campaign boldly features custom photography of Davidson-Davie students in brand communication.
